2. Data we collect

When you submit the “Register your interest” form on the website, we collect: full name; phone number or Zalo number; email (optional); the capacity in which you are interested; your message (optional); and the time you gave consent to this policy.

When you sign up for updates on hoian.milleniumvietnam.com, we collect: full name; phone number; email (optional); and the time you gave consent to this policy.

The website currently does not use analytics tools or advertising trackers.

3. Purposes of processing

To record and respond to your interest in Socola Pháp Lam.

To contact you when the first batch is ready, together with the test dossier and price list.

When you sign up for updates on hoian.milleniumvietnam.com: to contact you about the Hội An event and updates on Socola Pháp Lam.

To respond to requests for cooperation from corporate gifting clients, distribution partners and investors.

We do not use your data for weekly marketing emails, and we do not sell it to third parties.

4. Legal basis

We process your data when you consent by ticking the consent box on the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see section 7).

5. Recipients and systems

Data from the form passes through the following systems:

— The company’s n8n automation system (n8n.milleniumvietnam.com): receives the form data and forwards it through the steps below.

— The company’s Postgres database: stores the registration record, with checks for duplicate phone numbers and emails.

— The company’s CRM, Twenty: manages the list of interested clients.

— Telegram: sends an internal notification to the Executive Board, including name, phone number, email, capacity and message.

— Zalo: sends a greeting message to you from the company’s Zalo account.

— Vercel: the website hosting platform, which receives form submissions.

Telegram, Zalo and Vercel are third-party services and process data under their own policies.

6. Retention

We keep your data for 24 months after your last interaction with us, then delete it. You may request earlier deletion (see section 7).

7. Your rights

You have the right to: be informed about how your data is processed; agree or refuse; access, correct or delete your data; withdraw your consent; request restriction of or object to processing; and lodge a complaint as provided by law.

To exercise these rights, send a request to milleniumvietnam@gmail.com with the full name and phone number you used when registering. We will respond within the period required by law.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Only authorised staff can access registration data.

9. Changes to this policy

Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
